CAJUN STUFFED PEPPERS
Stuffed peppers are endlessly customizable with a range of meat, grains, veggies, and spices. As you make this one over and over, you’ll slowly adjust it to make it your own. I mix Cajun spices into a deliciously savory filling of pork sausage, celery, green onion, and jasmine rice. Once stuffed, the peppers are dusted with a sprinkle of melty pepper jack and a drizzle of spicy cream sauce.
