EASTER ORANGE/PINEAPPLE CAKE
This orange pineapple cake is an easy to make recipe that starts with a boxed cake mix and canned mandarin oranges. It is topped with a delicious, fluffy whipped icing made with pineapple and vanilla pudding. It is extremely moist, light, and refreshing! I first made it for Easter a few years ago, but I now get requests for this cake at birthdays and summer get-togethers!
1 Box Classic Butter Golden Cake Mix
canola oil
4 eggs
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (3.4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
1 container extra creamy Cool Whip
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
