CRAB DIP
This is one of the dips I like to make for our family functions & parties. It gets rave reviews and goes great with the skillet focaccia bread recipe! Living in San Antonio now, it’s more difficult for me to get fresh blue crabs from the gulf, but I’m lucky that my local grocery store has a great seafood department. If you can get fresh crab though, I highly recommend it. This dip will be delicious either way though. Don’t skimp on the cheese.
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
mayonnaise
sour cream
green onions
4 garlic cloves
Cajun seasoning
lemon juice
Worchestershire sauce
salt
1 lb. lump crab meat
1 lb. block sharp cheddar cheese
