CAJUN CRAWFISH CAKES
I lived on the east coast for a while and became a big fan of crab cakes. My favorites were from a little hole-in-the-wall diner on the outskirts of Baltimore! If you like crab cakes, you’ll love these crawfish cakes. Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside and full of those distinctive Cajun flavors. Not too many ingredients, mainly just crawfish and some seasonings.
1 lb. cooked peeled crawfish tails
1 lg. egg
mayonnaise
dijon mustard
Worchestershire sauce
Cajun seasoning
1 garlic clove
1 bunch green onions
1 sleeve buttery round crackers
canola oil
