Shopping Lists: OKRA GUMBO

This is one of my comfort foods. Strictly speaking, it might not be a true gumbo, but it’s what we always called it growing up. I usually use stew meat in this recipe, but my mom often used sirloin. You can use what you have available. The vinegar at the end is the secret.
