Shopping Lists: POTATO SALAD

Another hit at any family gathering. I have in-laws that tell me they don’t like potato salad, but they love my mom’s potato salad and request it anytime we get together. The secret is in how she fixes the potatoes. They should be sort of like lumpy mashed potatoes, plenty of onion, dill relish, a pinch of garlic powder and a touch of mustard for color and to make it just slightly tangy. 5 lb. bag of russet potatoes 4 eggs 1 med.
