Lots of people have very similar recipes and they call this “Fluff”. My mom always just called it Pistachio
Pudding, so that’s what I’ve always called it.
This is great anytime, but at our house, Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas dinner were never complete without
my mom’s delicious pistachio pudding. There are many different ways to make this, some people add nuts or even
things like sour cream, mayonnaise, or cottage cheese. Our family preferred the traditional version. In 50+ years,
I don’t remember ever having any left over. It is always a big hit and takes less than 5 minutes to make!
For added fun, add a cup of little marshmallows!
Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 boxes Pistachio Pudding
- 1 tub extra creamy Cool whip
Directions
- Mix it all together and chill in refrigerator before serving.
