Dressing is good. Cornbread is good. Cornbread dressing is amazing! My family loves dressing during the
holidays, but once my mom taught me to make this, the requests are always for this version of that
holiday favorite.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 box cornbread stuffing (make sure it’s cornbread stuffing or it just won’t be as good)
- 1 medium onion (chopped up)
- 2 boiled eggs (diced up)
- 1/2 cup celery (chopped up) (optional)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken soup)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp. parsley
Directions
- Boil eggs and dice them.
- Brown ground meat with onions; drain and let cool.
- Add cornbread stuffing to meat mixture and mix well.
- Add green onion, parsley, celery (if using), diced eggs and the can of soup. Mix well.
- Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350°F.
